These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the websites, products, and services (collectively, the "Services") provided by ohNext Ltd ("ohNext", "we", "us"). By using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. Service description
ohNext offers a suite of software-as-a-service products, including OhForm (form building and data collection) and OhMail (email management), and may add further products over time. Each product is provided on an "as-is" basis with the features available at the time of use.
2. Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activity that occurs under it. You must provide accurate information and notify us promptly of any unauthorised access.
3. Subscriptions and billing
- Paid Services are billed on a recurring basis — monthly or yearly — depending on the plan you select.
- Fees are charged in advance and are non-refundable except as described below or as required by applicable law.
- Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period unless cancelled beforehand via your account settings.
- We may update pricing from time to time; changes will take effect at your next renewal and will be communicated in advance.
4. Refund policy
Unless explicitly stated otherwise, all payments are final and non-refundable. You can cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid period and you retain access until then.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to use the Services to violate applicable laws, infringe intellectual property rights, distribute malware, or attempt to disrupt the integrity of the platform.
6. Intellectual property
All rights, title and interest in the Services remain with ohNext Ltd. You retain ownership of any content you submit; you grant us the limited rights needed to operate and improve the Services.
7. Termination
We may suspend or terminate access to the Services if these Terms are materially breached. You may stop using the Services at any time.
8. Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Services are provided without warranty of any kind. ohNext will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
9. Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms periodically. Continued use of the Services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
